An excellent start to the first half term for Griffin Class, with many exciting lessons and opportunities already taking place.

This half term in Science, the children were learning about Electricity. They learnt how to draw electrical circuits using the correct scientific symbols and they had the chance to build these circuits. They also created their own investigations around voltage, buzzers and motors.  

To aid the children’s understanding of World Religions, we had the exciting opportunity to attend the Bedford Faith Tour. Throughout the day, the children had the chance to visit three places of worship: a Gurdwara, a Mosque and a Church. They spoke to the Religious Leaders in the places of worship and asked questions to deepen their own understanding. A fantastic opportunity for our own children to develop their spirituality and understand common links between different religions.
